The rear fan and heating assembly gives this oven its true convection pattern while giving you uniform baking controlled by the 570°F thermostatic controls (with 120 minute timer) and its unique air flow design. For easy clean-up, the double glass door is removable and cool-to-the-touch. Features (4) 13 inch by 18 inch wire shelves, an internal light and stainless steel construction.
