These units maintain food temperatures and come with an adjustable thermostat knob that is easy to clean. This model has a 6-1/2-inch deep well and features a 5-foot three prong grounded cord. Designed to hold four 1/3 size food pans up to 4 inches deep. This item maintains food temperature in excess of 140F degrees. 120V, 1500W, 12.5 Amps, 5 foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
